Founded in 2023 by Matthew Chandler, the Compost Cottage began in San Antonio, Texas as an effort to bring the power of creating beautifully rich compost to residential gardeners. By engaging with different techniques and educators, Matthew has been able to refine the art of making “biocomplete” compost. Inspired by the soil food web approach to compost & gardening, the Compost Cottage has set out to transform the soil health of residents in San Antonio.
